I stopped by the dealership and talked to the young man at quick service and explained to him my touch screen that operates my phone and radio was not working so he was nice and tested my battery for me and then checked if it was sending a code. Neither was the case so he told me to talk to the service center to see if they could help me. That’s when the person at counter told me I would have to leave my new truck there for approximately 10 until a service technician could look for the problem because they don’t make appointments. I went to YouTube and researched the issue and was able to fix the problem in five minutes. Call me stupid but I would have expected the man behind the counter to a least looked at my new truck instead he stated I have no technicians so what do you expect me too do when the whole problem was a lose terminal on the battery. A few weeks ago I spoke to the service department because the truck makes a humming sound sometimes when I take off and service manager told me that the tires are not wearing evenly and that was the problem but never suggested get a front end alignment. Again call me stupid but I have my tires rotated with every oil change so if they are rotated they can’t wear uneven unless the front end need to be aligned. They must think we are all idiots . With service like this I will never purchase another car from classic Chevy in Beaumont again. You should never have to wait ten days to tighten a bolt on a battery. A little effort could have went a long way.

Bruce was extremely polite, and attentive and did not pester you during the buying process. He gave you space and was patient with our needs.

Fast, friendly service I went to the online portal and filled out all my information set the date and time for the service and when I arrived at the dealership, they had all my information drop my key off. I had a courtesy ride back to the house and my vehicle was ready in a couple of days which they kept me posted on the status when I did return to the dealership for pick up the cashier was very nice and polite and the vehicle was parked right outside and ready to go.
