First of all thank you Clark Shores for informing me that you all have an EV charging station. I never told him when I would come by. When I did the people that saw me treated me like royalty. I was on the back step waiting for the charge to complete. I had a salesperson, porter and a parts guy offer me a cooler place to wait inside. Very nice. Finally I did proceed to go inside. I ended up in a waiting room that did not have a television nor did it have refreshments. Two not one young ladies ushered me to the correct waiting room. In this area I was engaged by mechanics and the owners son. Even the owner spoke in passing. That’s unheard of when people don’t know you. Service agent was very helpful even when my appointment was not easily located. He was very nice to have the service technician retain an oil sample. I know that’s not a typical request. Quick service. I was out in 30 minutes. 10 of that was getting me setup in the system.

Well I have seen mixed experiences about classic Chevrolet but I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from them and have had good experience every time.only complaint I have is there make ready department can not clean a vehicle.and if that’s the only problem I have with a dealership I’ll take it. Go see Bruce he is not your typical salesman he will wait on you answer all your questions and not smother you.good honest guy he will always be my salesman as long as he’s there

Classic Kia salesman Ethan Kibodeaux cheerfully braved the heat to introduce me to Kia Sportage models. I had already visited other dealerships in Southeast Texas. Ethan was polite and patient while explaining the different features of the various models. I returned another day and he was happy to explain the next model I wanted to explore. Ethan was very knowledgeable with each car I test drove. After I made my choice he began the process of purchasing a new Kia Sportage. My daughter and I discussed a different model and he worked with his managers to grant my choices. I am now driving a Jungle Green Sportage and loving it !!!

Cannot recommend this dealership more! After having a nightmare experience at Mac Haik I was very reluctant to do a dealership purchase again but when the perfect vehicle showed up at Classic I decided to give it a go and I’m so glad I did! I bought a pre-owned with the help of Justin & Dro and the experience was great! They were very knowledgeable and I didn’t have to deal with any “sketchy” salesman attitude or hidden agendas. Everything is out in the open, sale prices are broken down with what’s going where (no hidden fees like I dealt with at Mac Haik). I worked with both Justin & Dro due to my odd scheduling and it was so nice to deal with both of them. Both answered all questions I had throughout the whole process. Honestly everyone from salesmen, management and finance were a DREAM to work with. This is isn’t the first time I’ve purchased from a dealer but it’s been the best!!
