Repair seems to be what I needed. Took a week to get done and happy to find out one of my issues was under warranty. Labor charge was quite high is only dissatisfaction.

Had my truck there for warranty service,Both times it was issue with info screen, It took them a week to even look at it then order parts. Both times they kept truck for over 2 weeks.No communication from them unless I called. Since truck was drivable if they are that busy seems like you could make an appointment for them to troubleshoot instead of keeping vehicle for over 2 weeks for minor labor time.
Horrible customer service from the manger and the service lady as well. Accused me of physically damaging my own brand new vehicle.
This service department has been broken for YEARS!!!. I only visited due to a warranty issue which took 2 visits and multiple phone calls. Communication between service writers is terrible and follow up is non existent. I've driven GMC products for 50 years but will not be doing so in the future. Had to get a Service Manager involved to finally resolve.
Had no problems with the service dept she was very helpful and it is very much appreciated
Bilal the sales person did a great job and we appreciate all he did for us? The same can not be said of the management. None of them showed there faces when we picked up the car. In addition the sales mgr did not give me the ceramic coat paperwork nor warranty! This was not stipulated when we agreed to the sales price. I only found out when I asked for the paperwork and usual package one receives for the ceramic coating. Again Bilal did a great job !!

I recently purchased a car and had a generally positive experience. Luis the salesperson was very friendly, approachable and not pushy at all. Which made the process comfortable.
There was, however, some miscommunication regarding the amount I agreed to put down, which created a bit of confusion toward the end of the process. Additionally, when trying to resolve the issue, the loan processor wasn’t very flexible and simply stated that the bank was closed since it was a Friday evening. Overall, the recent experience with the sales team was good. However, the experience with Conrad Cooper was extremely disappointing and left a very negative impression. His attitude was not helpful, and his manners and lack of professionalism made the experience worse rather than better. His customer service approach was unpleasant and unacceptable, resulting in a truly disappointing and negative experience. While the general experience was good, I would not recommend doing business with Conrad Cooper based on his conduct, lack of good manners and poor customer service.

I bought a used Camry and was told it went through inspection 2 days after I start driving it, the check engine light came on and the car has a lot of noise down below including the front.breaks. I went back to tell them and I was told “we did the inspection and we cannot anticipate what will go wrong after”!
They took me on time for my appointment and completely in a timely manner , very satisfied.

It was an ok experience but they took out the wind sticker from when I got the truck it was in the glove compartment. When I got home I had to clean the truck due to oil prints being all over the exterior and oil all on my steering wheel.

Lack of communication from Michael, my service writer. Made appointment to have a brake issue on my truck diagnosed and dropped it off Monday morning. I called Michael on Tuesday to check my truck's status and was told it would take 4-5 days to have it diagnosed. I understood and, requested he call me back with it's status later in the week. It took 9 days for the service department to even diagnose the problem and then 2 days to make a 15 minute repair. On top of that they charged over $540 for the work. A loaner vehicle should have been supplied at dealer cost if they plan on keeping a vehicle that long.
Mr. Joey, (not the manager, the other one) was so amazing! Very prompt, patient, kind, and understanding. Also Mr. Rick who helped get it to the inspector!! They deserve a raise!!
From the initial contact from scheduling a test drive to finalizing the paperwork everything was smooth and easy. Heath was a great salesman. The finance manager was just as easy to work with.

Carlos took his time with explaining all the features, and even offered his time after the sale if my husband needed any help or had any questions. Which is nice.
