What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Sales Professional at Classic Chevrolet Cadillac, you’ll guide customers through every step of the buying journey while building lasting relationships and hitting your sales goals.

  • Drive sales: Welcome showroom and lot customers, deliver engaging vehicle presentations, and conduct memorable test drives
  • Build lasting relationships: Use social media, phone, text, and email to develop leads, follow up with prospects, and generate repeat and referral business
  • Consult and close: Identify each customer’s needs, present the right options, confidently overcome objections, and guide buyers through a smooth purchase and delivery experience
  • Master the product: Maintain expert knowledge of vehicle features, trim levels, competitive models, incentives, and dealership financing options
  • Achieve results: Partner with sales managers, track daily activity, and consistently work toward individual and dealership sales goals

What We’re Looking For

We want driven, customer-focused professionals who are ready to build a long-term career. Experienced automotive sales pros and high performers from direct retail sales are encouraged to apply.

  • Proven success in automotive sales preferred; high performers from direct retail sales also encouraged to apply
  • A demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Excellent in-person, phone, and written communication skills
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
  • Self-motivated, competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable using dealership software and CRM tools
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
