Classic Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is hiring an Automotive Reconditioning Technician to help prepare pre-owned and trade-in vehicles for sale. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented technician who works efficiently and takes pride in producing safe, clean, retail-ready vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect used and trade-in vehicles for mechanical and safety concerns
  • Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, fluid services, filters, batteries, bulbs, and wiper replacement
  • Complete brake, tire, steering, suspension, and other general repairs, plus minor diagnostic and electrical work
  • Perform final quality-control checks before vehicles are released for sale

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous automotive maintenance or repair experience preferred
  • Ability to perform general mechanical repairs independently
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills; basic diagnostic skills preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to provide or maintain the tools required for the position
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
