Classic Collision Center is OEM certified with most manufacturers. We repair per OEM procedures and manufacture guidelines using OEM-certified scan equipment, a 3D frame measuring system, specialized welding equipment, and tools.

MANY INSURANCE COMPANIES have significantly downsized their field adjuster workforce, resulting in limited coverage and slow response times on supplements.

We will present an estimate or supplement on your behalf in a timely manner, but the insurance company may or may not respond in a timely manner.

The insurance company may not agree to pay for the use of:
• OEM scans that are necessary to ensure all the electronic and safety features are working properly.
• Certified repair procedures
• Proper labor rates

The insurance companies may not put quality parts on the estimate, try to put “phantom” parts on the estimate that cannot be found, or they may try to put used parts on the estimate that can affect the operation of your car and could put you in danger.

They do not have regularly assigned adjusters for the area therefore we may deal with different adjusters for every claim. This can cause every claim repair to be handled differently.

In the event that there is a short pay on their estimate, you may be responsible for the difference to fix your vehicle safely and properly. If there is a slow response to estimates and supplement approval, you may also be paying rental fees that your insurance company will not pay.
