Worked with Kristie on my gmc AT4. I live almost 2 hours away and had to use this dealership during an emergency break down. Let’s just say I will make a point to get my vehicle serviced in the future here. I wish the local dealership where I bought my truck could take lessons from them. Will be back.

Classic Chevy service dept did great work for me and my truck I found myself in a jam with my transmission that decided to go out on my truck 100 miles away from my house. I was working with jared from the service dept he kept me updated even though he might not have answered when I called he did call me back within a good time. Once they received the transmission within the next day my truck was back on the road total down time 8 days and that’s only due to my extended warranty shipping a transmission to classic Chevy . Hands down best service dept and shop in beaumont in my book thanks again to everyone at Classic Chevy (jared)

First of all thank you Clark Shores for informing me that you all have an EV charging station. I never told him when I would come by. When I did the people that saw me treated me like royalty. I was on the back step waiting for the charge to complete. I had a salesperson, porter and a parts guy offer me a cooler place to wait inside. Very nice. Finally I did proceed to go inside. I ended up in a waiting room that did not have a television nor did it have refreshments. Two not one young ladies ushered me to the correct waiting room. In this area I was engaged by mechanics and the owners son. Even the owner spoke in passing. That’s unheard of when people don’t know you. Service agent was very helpful even when my appointment was not easily located. He was very nice to have the service technician retain an oil sample. I know that’s not a typical request. Quick service. I was out in 30 minutes. 10 of that was getting me setup in the system.

Sal and Phillip made the whole process so easy! I told Sal what I wanted and what my terms would be and they made it happen! I will only buy from Classic Chevrolet now!
